When considering yoga teacher training, it is natural to believe we need to be able to hold a perfect headstand with ease or sit comfortably meditating in lotus pose for hours.

Most students considering teaching will ask themselves this question. Just realise that joining a training is much more than just learning how to do e.g. the perfect warrior. The teachings in a yoga training go way beyond the physical asanas. If you want to learn more about yourself and are ready to go on a personal journey deep inward, than you are definitely ready to join.
