Equal Yoga classes are the toughest in town. Our fixed sequences challenge both beginners and advanced yogis: graceful flows for flexibility followed by static postures for core strength.

Hot Power Yoga
A fixed sequence of classic hot yoga poses mixed with Vinyasa flow. Perfect for beginners – with options for deepening the poses for advanced yogis.
Hot Power Yoga
Our foundation class offers you a full-body workout – at a moderate pace – exploring the postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. You will integrate movement and breath through 4 stages – warm-up, flow, core and wind-down.

Our toughest and most athletic vinyasa practice, turns your stress into sweat. Integrating breath, you will enhance your core and arm strength. After 60 minutes you will leave fully energised.

It’s Barre, not yoga. Set to invigorating music, you will seriously work your abs, butt, thighs, and arms. Inspired by the strength conditioning aspects of yoga, pilates and ballet. Be ready for a tough workout.

Moving from Sun A to Sun B to a proper core workout, by following your breath. This high intensity class builds your upper core.
We recommend a few classes of Core Flow or Hot Fusion before trying the more challenging Strong Flow.
A sequence of yin yoga poses. Think 3, 4 or even 5 minutes in one and the same posture. Stressing, stretching and opening up targeted areas of your body. Perfect for both beginners and advanced yogis. Balance out your Hot.Power.Yoga addiction with more focus on the meditative side of yoga.

45 Minute Vinyasa Flow Class
Get your fix in 45 minutes during lunch. Beat the Seat!!
After pounding your keyboard all morning, this class will reset you for the rest of the day. Twisting and Breathing and Flowing. We will hand you the gift of a screen-free lunchtime break. Ending with that well deserved savasana

It’s not yoga, It’s not barre, It’s not yin, It’s not a walk in the park. But….. it’s pretty much anything else. A 60 minute Sunday Morning Bootcamp in the park (we always start at the Studio on the Linnaeusstraat). Your coffee and croissant at 10h00 will never taste the same. Please bring sport shoes, we are going to the park!

Please remember to drink enough water before, during (small sips), and after class. Hydration is very important. You can bring your own bottle or purchase cold bottled water from the front desk. Coconut water is also a great post-workout option by the way.
Make sure you’ve had a meal a few hours before class. If you’re hungry just before class, stick to a light snack like fruit or crackers.
Form-fitting clothing that won’t interfere with movement or hang down with sweat is the best. Think: T-shirts, singlets, shorts and yoga leggings, preferably made from moisture-wicking fabric (pure cotton traps sweat). We also recommend that women wear sports bras.
We provide the mats. The heat will make you sweat – so don’t forget to bring an anti-slip yoga towel for your mat. If you do forget, we rent them for €2 per class – or you can buy an Equal Yoga towel for €25. If you want to shower after class, bring an extra towel. And once again: if you forget, you can also rent a clean one for €2.
Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your class starts. It’s never a good idea to arrive feeling rushed or stressed before doing yoga.
Check-in for your class using the iPad at the front desk or with the receptionist. But be sure to do this no later than 5 minutes before the start of your class. After that, we hand out any available mats to those on the waiting list.
We encourage first-time visitors to introduce themselves to the teacher and place their mat on either the second or third row from the mirror.
If you try your luck at the studio, please note we only accept payments by pin or credit card – no cash. Sorry.

Before you can book a class, you must have a valid class card or unlimited membership. Not registered? Click here. Choose which membership or class card you want and follow the on-screen guidance. You can then log in and reserve classes via our website, the Equal Yoga app or at the studio. Classes can be reserved 14 days in advance.

Please note that 1 Year Unlimited Membership starts on the day of your first class. Monthly Unlimited Yoga Memberships start on the day of purchase and are renewed automatically every month. Any purchased classes expire after 1 year.
Want to cancel your membership? We’ll be sorry to see you go – but no problem. You can cancel anytime but please do so at least 10 days before your membership is automatically renewed. Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process the cancellation within 24 hours.
Once a class has started, you won’t be allowed to enter, out of respect for fellow students.
