About Equal

Equal Yoga was founded in 2016, a new brand for boutique yoga and barre studios. We offer the most physically challenging and energizing yoga and barre classes in town. 

With studios in Amsterdam & Utrecht, Equal is becoming a well-known brand among yoga and barre studios alike in The Netherlands. The ambition does not stop here as Equal wants to become a synonym for a healthy and conscious lifestyle. In each studio, we work with a Studio Coordinator and a team of Teachers and Hosts. As we are growing, we need like-minded people to join our passionate team. We require one important thing; that you love yoga and want to share this with our studios full of yogis!

YOGA TEACHER UTRECHT

Please note that we are specifically looking for teachers for our studios in UTRECHT. We require a 200-hour Vinyasa and a minimum of 50 hours of Yin training. Other applications won't be taken into consideration.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You live in or near the city of Utrecht. Please see the Amsterdam Career page if you want to teach in Amsterdam. 
  • You have completed a 200h Vinyasa and a 50h Yin training. 
  • You are available on the weekend (Friday night, Saturday or Sunday). 
  • You can help out at the front desk 30 minutes before and after your classes to help your students. 
  • You are interested in teaching and following all of our fixed sequences. 
  • You take full responsibility for your classes when you need a sub.
  • You would like to teach a minimum of 2-4 classes per week.
  • You have a KVK license and a Dutch tax number. 

 WHAT WE OFFER

  • A class rate between EUR 37,50-50 excl VAT depending on your experience and flexibility.
  • We will try to set the schedule up for the Utrecht Studios with a double or triple set of classes wherever possible.
  • We will provide you with a free staff membership.

BARRE TEACHER UTRECHT

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You are a certified barre teacher. 
  • You are available on the weekend (Friday night, Saturday or Sunday). 
  • You are at the front desk 30 minutes before and after your classes to help your students.
  • You are interested in teaching and following our fixed sequences. 
  • You take full responsibility for your classes when you need a sub.
  • You would like to teach a minimum of 2-4 classes per week.
  • You have a KVK license and a Dutch tax number. 
  • You are able to teach in Utrecht Kaatsstraat & Oudegracht locations. Please see the Amsterdam Career page if you want to teach in Amsterdam. 

WHAT WE OFFER

  • An hourly rate between 40-50 excl VAT depending on your experience and flexibility.
  • We organize (paid) teacher meet-ups every quarter for personal growth & development.  
  • We will provide you with a free staff membership and free use of towels.

PILATES TEACHER UTRECHT

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You are a certified Pilates teacher in UTRECHT
  • You are available on the weekend (Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday). 
  • You are at the front desk 15 minutes before and after your classes to help your students.
  • You are interested in teaching and following our fixed sequences. 
  • You take full responsibility for your classes when you need a sub.
  • You would like to teach a minimum of 2-4 classes per week.
  • You have a KVK license and a Dutch tax number. 
  • You are able to teach at Utrecht Kaatstraat & Oudegracht locations. Please see the Amsterdam Career page if you want to teach in Amsterdam.
