Sally started yoga more than twenty years ago and it has never left her life since. She has practiced at various schools around the world and followed several disciplines. After breaking her foot playing soccer (for the first and last time!!), Sally experienced the healing power of yoga. Even though the prognosis was that she would not be able to jump again without pain, practicing yoga daily for two years completely healed her foot. Nowadays she loves a rigorous Vinyasa flow, with challenging postures and the soft side of the practice such as meditation and pranayama. Next to yoga, she works in the field of human rights and she loves nature, dancing, cooking on retraites and living in her small eco community.
