Anna has a background of movement: gymnastics, dancing, surfing and climbing. Yoga was the link to combine her skills. Working with people, coaching, personal development, being active and……having fun. Educated in Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga (500-RYT) Anna is constantly expanding her knowledge. Her classes are active and relaxing at the same time with a lot of room to explore your own capabilities, on and off the mat.
