Alexia has always been active since she was a child (volleyball, running, squash, swimming, salsa, belly dance, etc), until she injured her lower back three years ago. It was the biggest challenge she had ever faced in her life. Being totally unable to sport or even move without pain, Alexia did not give up and kept looking for ways to improve her condition. After she found Equal and started practicing Barre and Hot Yoga, she slowly but surely saw improvement in her lower back. What’s more, she found her passion in Barre and completed the Barre Teacher Training at Equal becoming a certified Barre instructor. Together, she will help you build a stronger body and most importantly a stronger mind.
