Vinyasa yoga found Alexandra in 2014 and she instantaneously became infatuated for its flow of movements interpreted in a stream of strength and flexibility as well as the shift in consciousness it brought. Within yoga she finally found the practice that helped her counter a demanding work schedule with a need of inner harmony through a mind-body connection. Initially she embarked upon the 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training in Florence, Italy to deepen her own practice and re-establish what years of gymnastics and dance had taught her about body awareness. Now she helps others discover a similar positivity she uncovered along the way. Her classes are a dynamic combination of mindful alignment, focus on the breath and playful asana practice.
