I discovered yoga whilst studying for my Masters, in a small hot yoga studio in the North of England. It has been a constant in my life since and has improved every aspect of it. After working in Urban Planning, I moved to Amsterdam and soon travelled to India to complete my 200hr training. My classes focus on mindful alignment, whilst still having fun and not taking things too seriously. The non-competitive nature of yoga and the focus of enjoying the journey as opposed to the result are two of my favorite things about the practice!
