In her career as a professional dancer, the physical side of yoga was the perfect way to keep her body in good shape. Trough yoga she learned to accept herself and love her body with all its strengths and weaknesses. When dancing disappeared to the background more and more after a few years, a yoga teacher training was the obvious choice.
“Yoga, for me, has it all. It allows me to calm down after a busy day, energise myself in the morning, but above all: yoga is so much fun! I love flowing from one pose to another. I like funky transitions and yoga with no mat. I love to play with balance. I also like to take it slow, see where the body can create more space for energy to flow. I like linking breath with movement and taking myself out of my comfort zone to see what happens. Thats how I practice. That’s how I teach.
