We have work for 6 to 8 hours per week in 2-3 shifts on flexible. pre-set days (mornings, afternoons and evenings….also in weekends)
You will be calling new and potential members to introduce them to Equal Yoga, explain them what to expect and suggest what membership fits best to their needs

WHAT TO EXPECT
As a membership support you will advice (potential) yogi’s on membership forms @ Equal Yoga. An important factor in the customer journey. Which classes would you advice? What membership form suits the yogi? What is needed to engage the yogi to our studio?
You will come up with creative ways to generate new leads for the studio.
After the first lesson, you will follow up on the yogi (email, phone or in the studio) to identify needs and give tailored advice.
Through campaigning we generate traffic and leads. You will follow up these leads (interested potential customers) with calling (no cold calling > people have asked for a try out) and make appointments for first/second time visits.
Monthly you will report on results on the number of leads, closing ratio, etc.
